- 1 cup Florida orange juice
- ½ cup pink or red Florida grapefruit juice
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour and serve immediately. Makes 1-2 servings.

- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup cut-up strawberries
- ¾ cup frozen Florida orange juice concentrate (do not thaw)
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover and blend until frothy. If desired, garnish with additional strawberries. Makes 3 (12-ounce) servings.

- ¾ cup frozen Florida orange juice concentrate, thawed
- ¾ cup frozen Florida grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 1-liter bottle carbonated water or tonic water, chilled
- Ice cubes
Pour thawed concentrates into a pitcher. Gently stir in chilled carbonated or tonic water. Pour over ice in glasses. Serve at once. Makes about 7 (6-ounce) servings.

- 1 8-ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
- ¾ cup frozen Florida orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 small papaya or mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped
- ½ cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 8-10 ice cubes
Place yogurt, thawed concentrate, papaya or mango, milk, and honey in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through hole in lid. Blend until smooth. Garnish each serving with a skewer of fresh fruit. Makes 3 (about 8-ounce) servings.
